Read the guide

A bounded write queue and separately finalized segments target 12–24-hour workflows. This is a design target, not a verified endurance guarantee. Segment switches have small gaps.

Write queue≤ 32 MiB
Segment duration15 / 30 / 60 min
Save folder

Keep this tab open and your device awake. Check free disk space. A crash or power loss can damage the active segment; previously committed segments remain separate.

Privacy

Check your browser first.

Long recording requires a secure context, MediaRecorder and directory writing. Recent desktop Chromium browsers are the primary target; mobile Safari and other unsupported browsers cannot start this recorder. Shared audio varies by source and OS.

Browser support

Questions, answered.

Can I record for 24 hours?

The architecture supports bounded streaming and segmentation, but browser, OS, storage and power conditions still apply. Run a short test first; no 24-hour endurance result is claimed.
